1、 Product Overview:
The OW-LUC plug-in vortex flowmeter has good anti vibration performance, no zero drift, and high reliability. Through extensive waveform and frequency analysis of the vortex flowmeter over a long period of time, the probe shape, wall thickness, height, probe rod diameter, and matching piezoelectric crystal were machined using a CNC lathe to ensure coaxiality and smoothness. With special processing techniques, the common problem of the inherent self oscillation frequency of the vortex flowmeter affecting the signal was maximally overcome.
2、 Characteristics of OW-LUC plug-in vortex flowmeter:
1. It can achieve continuous disassembly and assembly of sensors, and separate the amplifier from the sensor (with a separation distance of up to 15m).
2. By using anti-interference circuits and anti vibration sensing heads, the instrument has a certain anti vibration performance.
3. Low pressure loss, wide range, and a range of 10-25.
4. No movable parts, long-term stability, simple structure for easy installation and maintenance.
5. The measurable medium temperature reaches+350 ℃.
3、 OW-LUC plug-in vortex flowmeter parameters:
Measurement medium: gas, liquid, vapor.
Connection methods: flange card type, flange type, plug-in type.
Caliber: The flange card type caliber is selected as 25, 32, 50, 80, and 100, while the flange connection type caliber is selected as 100, 150, and 200.
Flow range: Gas 5-50m/s; Liquid 0.5-7m/s (refer to the flow meter range table below)
Measurement accuracy: 1.0 level, 1.5 level, 2.5 level.
Medium temperature: normal temperature -25 ℃~100 ℃, high temperature -25 ℃~150 ℃ -25 ℃~250 ℃.
Output signal: Pulse voltage output signal with high level of 8-10V and low level of 0.7-1.3V, pulse duty cycle of about 50%, transmission distance of 100m, pulse current remote transmission signal of 4-20mA, transmission distance of 1000m.
Environmental temperature: -25 ℃~+55 ℃, humidity: 5-90% RH50 ℃
Material: 304, 316L stainless steel, aluminum alloy.
Power supply: DC24V or lithium battery 3.6V.
